1. Who we are
This site and GaugeQuote are run by Arsim Aziri, Gorno Sedllarce, Ul. 101 Br. BB, Tetovo, North Macedonia ("we").
Contact: support@gaugequote.com
2. The software
GaugeQuote is a plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce. The free plugin and the paid add-on GaugeQuote Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. See Licence.
3. Buying a licence
We sell paid plans through Freemius, Inc. Freemius is our reseller and the merchant of record for every purchase. This means:
- Freemius is the seller on your invoice. It takes the payment, issues the invoice and charges and pays VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- Your purchase is governed by the licence agreement (EULA) shown in the Freemius checkout. Where these terms and the EULA differ about a purchase, the EULA applies. Read it before you buy.
- Payment details go to Freemius and its payment providers. They never reach us.
4. Plans, renewals and cancellation
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Freemius account.
- A lifetime licence is one payment and does not renew.
- Each licence covers the number of sites in your plan.
- Yearly and lifetime licences: when the licence ends, the features keep working; updates and support stop.
- Monthly plans: the paid features stop 2 days after the end date if the renewal does not come through.
5. Trials
Free trials last 14 days and need no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends, and the paid features stop then.
6. Refunds
See the Refund policy. Freemius processes refunds.
7. Support
Support is given for active paid licences through the route on the Support page. We do not promise a response time.
8. Your shop
You decide your own prices, rates, taxes and terms. You are responsible for checking that your settings give the prices you want before you sell.
9. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GNU General Public License.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. This does not remove any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
