Refund policy

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of a payment, on every plan (yearly, lifetime and monthly), when:

• GaugeQuote does not work as described on this site;
• a feature listed for your plan is missing; or
• you have a technical problem, including a conflict with another plugin or theme, that we cannot fix.

Please tell us what went wrong when you ask, so we can try to fix it first. A change of mind after the purchase is not covered: use the 14-day free trial to try GaugeQuote first. It needs no card.

How it works

1. Ask through the link in your purchase receipt or your Freemius account.
2. An accepted refund is a full refund. Freemius, our reseller, processes it to the payment method you used. A card refund can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
